About the Company/Role: 

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation with a strong presence in the Australian market. Due to continued growth, they are seeking motivated Manufacturing Operators and Packing Operators to join their team on an ongoing contract basis.
  • Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm 
  • Ongoing contract opportunities
  • Based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs
  • Work within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your experience and the needs of the business, duties may include:
  • Operating manufacturing, blending, filling and/or packaging equipment
  • Dispensing and weighing raw materials in accordance with batch documentation
  • Operating, monitoring and adjusting automated and semi-automated production machinery
  • Packing, labelling and conducting in-process quality inspections
  • Completing batch records, production documentation and quality paperwork
  • Following GMP, SOPs and company quality standards
  • Performing equipment cleaning, sanitisation and line clearances
  • Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating maintenance concerns where required
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic production environment
  • Assisting with material handling and stock movements as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator, Packing Operator, Machine Operator, Blending Operator or Team Leader within the Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG or related manufacturing industry
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • A commitment to workplace safety and compliance
