• Seeking a Production Supervisor with strong experience within a sterile manufacturing environment

About the role:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor - Advanced Therapies
• The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects relating to successful manufacture of any Finished Dose Products at the facility
• This will include (but not limited to), Sterile and non-sterile solutions, tablets, Capsules, Liquids for the purposes of Development, Clinical or Commercial use
• From time to time, support activities are performed at other manufacturing locations as required

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years experience in an aseptic environment
• 5+ years experience in advanced therapies manufacturing
• Supervisory Skills and Production Management
• Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• High level of understanding of cGMP guidelines
• Ability to mentor and lead a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
