  • Based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne
  • 6-month casual contract, potential to extend
  • Full-time hours, Mon-Fri

Duties:

This role will report into the Project Management Office and will provide support across operations and quality workstreams. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Support manufacturing to ensure that the product or service is manufactured or delivered in accordance with cGMP and Seqirus Quality Management System.
  • Assist manufacturing areas with deviation investigations & other compliance activities 
  • Assist manufacturing areas with audits and compliance.
  • Assist manufacturing with onboarding of new employees, training of personnel, LMS management, documentation updates
  • Support leadership teams in working on CAPAs and strategies to improve compliance

Skills/experience:
  • Tertiary education in science, or relevant discipline
  • 5 years experience in a similar role within a GMP environment
  • Strong quality and manufacturing experience within pharmaceutical and quality system exposure/experience
  • Exposure to a number of different areas in pharmaceutical (engineering, QA, operations, supply chain, etc) would be an ideal addition
  • High attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills
