About the company/role: Our client is a fast-growing Australian TGA licensed manufacturer of complementary medicine with a diverse range of products. This role offers an opportunity to lead a high-performing production team, support efficient manufacturing operations, and grow your career in a company that promotes from within. Start date of 5th January 2026 with morning and afternoon shifts.

Duties:
• Lead, support and coach a team of 5-6 operators to meet daily targets.
• Ensure all activities follow TGA/GMP standards and SOPs.
• Operate, clean and troubleshoot machinery to minimise downtime.
• Complete daily floor walk-arounds and adjust workflow as needed.
• Monitor production metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with supervisors, QA and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training on safe work practices and equipment.

Skills/experience:
• 3 years’ production experience in complementary medicine, pharma or FMCG.
• Proven people-leadership with a hands-on approach.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality and safety standards.
• Confident operating and troubleshooting production equipment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
