About the company/role: Our client is a leader in the field of medical devices and as the organisation grows rapidly, they have opportunities to work on a new project. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to provide support to the Project Managers to ensure the project is delivered on time and in budget.
Responsibilities include:- Provide support to the Project Manager to maintain project timelines
- Compile Room Data Sheets for current facility and develop new Room Data Sheets for new site
- Assist with coordinating, investigating and compiling technical requirements, including documentation
- Develop and manage the New HQ Sharepoint page - updating documents, news pieces and information
- Support with preparation of reports and slides for presentations, meetings and reports
- Support the planning and move during the final phases of the project
Skills & Experience:- Experience with project management
- Ability to work well within a cross functional team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
