QA Associate

About the company/role:

• Pharmaceutical company
• Seeking an experienced QA Associate to join the team on a 6-month contract
• Potential contract extension
• Based in the Easten suburbs of Melbourne
• Fulltime hours, Monday to Friday

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Maintenance of Quality Management System (event management, change control, document update, management and training)
• Conduct, review and approve product quality reviews, deviations, OOS, change controls, risk assessments and trend analysis reports
• Report on product quality and general GMP status
• Lead internal audits
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Skills/experience required:

• Tertiary education in Science or Engineering
• 1-2 years experience in a similar in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or cosmetics manufacturing
• Must have prior experience working in a TGA and/or FDA certified company and been involved in audit preparation
• Excellent communication skills and strong time management skills
