About the company/role:
Our client is a global animal health manufacturer producing high-quality veterinary and pharmaceutical products for the Australian market. They are looking for a QA Operations Associate to join on a 12-month contract to support the sites quality management system and daily QA activities across production. This role is fully on-site with training provided.
 
Duties:
  • Facilitate QIs, NCRs, CAPAs and Change Controls
  • Liaise with Production and Engineering on quality issues
  • Review batch and packing documentation
  • Release raw materials and intermediates
  • Review Environmental Monitoring and Water results
  • Prepare and update SOPs, QA procedures and batch docs
  • Support process validation and new product introductions
  • Assist with audits and quality investigations
  • Support reprocessing activities and escalate quality issues
 
Skills/experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Quality or Pharmaceutical discipline (preferred)
  • Understanding of GMP and quality systems
  • 2-3 years of industry experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical setting
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and good organisation skills
