QA/QC Officer

About the company/role:

• Medical manufacturing company
• Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
• Casual ongoing contract, potential to go permanent
• Normal business hours

Duties, but not limited to:

• Product release and quality checks
• Administration of Quality Management Systems
• Updating SOPs and other quality documentation
• Investigating and management of CAPAs, non-conformances, deviations and customer complaints
• Assist in audit preparations
• General housekeeping and maintenance

Skills/experience:

• Tertiary education in Science
• Understanding or exposure to QA functions in a pharmaceutical, medical device or food manufacturing industry
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
• Good time management and ability to show initiative
• Graduates with placement experience are highly encouraged to apply!
