About the role Evolve Scientific are recruiting for a QC Analyst to join a growing veterinary pharmaceutical company. You’ll be part of a collaborative, quality-focused team under the guidance of the QC Laboratory Manager. This role is key to ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples. You’ll also support the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct testing on finished products, raw materials, stability, and validation samples
- Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments including HPLC
- Provide production support with specific gravity, pH adjustments, and fill range checks
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and report any deviations promptly
- Assist with investigations, document filing, and preparation of samples for external testing
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory standards (e.g. APVMA, TGA, FDA)
- Contribute to general laboratory housekeeping and maintain stock of consumables
Requirements - Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or Life Sciences
- Previous experience in a QC or laboratory-based role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques, instrumentation and strong computer literacy
- Checks: Police check and drug & alcohol screening
- Licence: NSW driver’s licence and access to a car
