QC Analyst - Immunology

About company/role:

• Major pharmaceutical company 
• Based in the CBD
• 12-month contract with potential to extend 
• Full time hours

Duties:

• Stock take and calibration of pipettes
• Perform immunoassays
• Assist with investigation of Out-of-Specification (OOS) test results, invalid assays or when unusual data is observed as required
• Participates in process improvement activities/teams.
• Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of quality records and documents

About you:

• Bachelor of Science majoring in biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years previous laboratory experience in a GMP regulated environment would be highly regarded
• Proficiency in using single and multi-channel pipettes
•  Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
