About the Role:

As a QC Laboratry Technician, you will report to the QC Operations Lead and work in a laboratory based, site environment. You will play a critical support role in the Quality Control function by coordinating and performing sampling activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring materials and products are handled in accordance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
 
This role is well‑suited to candidates with a strong attention to detail who enjoy structured, hands‑on laboratory work and are looking to build or consolidate their experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
 
 
Duties:
  • Collect and coordinate samples across materials, production stages, and monitoring programs in line with schedules and procedures
  • Receive, inspect, label, and log samples with full traceability
  • Prepare samples for in‑house analysis and external testing
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, and system entries; escalate deviations as required
  • Support in‑process checks and routine physical testing alongside QC and Production teams
  • Maintain laboratory areas, sample booths, equipment, and glassware to required standards
  • Manage retention/reference samples, consumables, reagents, and inventory
  • Assist with routine equipment checks, calibration, and verification
  • Operate in compliance with GMP/GLP, safety, and regulatory standards
 
Skills & Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Laboratory Technology, Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar
  • Background in laboratory, manufacturing, or quality environments; regulated experience highly regarded
  • Strong SOP adherence with accurate documentation skills
  • Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and sample handling
  • High attention to detail with a compliance‑focused mindset
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and laboratory systems
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to manage routine tasks independently
