This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step and join a busy team of QA professionals, contributing to large scale continuous improvement projects, Document control, product release, deviations, customer complaints, within a well-known government facility, based south of Sydney.
 
About the role:
 
Currently Evolve Scientific is seeking a qualified and experienced Product Quality Associate Leader. This role will be key in driving continuous improvement projects within the quality team and cross functionally for the facility, as well as daily release of product for supply, document control, deviations, customer complaints, advise on risk assessments, root cause analysis, OOS results etc.
 
This role would be ideal for an experienced QA Associate, with leadership attributes, looking to take the next step in their career and move into the highly regulated, sterile manufacturing environment.

 
Reporting to the QA Manager the role will entail:
  • Batch release – daily
  • Drive continuous improvements projects
  • Maintain and improve QMS to meet cGMP and provide training on continuous improvement 
Skills & experience: 
  • Tertiary qualification in science or related discipline
  • Recent pharmaceutical Quality Assurance experience, in a GMP manufacturing environment is essential
  • Hands on experience with Document control, product release, deviations, customer complaints, continuous improvements, root cause analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of GMP/ISO 9001/TGA requirements
  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and be a well-motivated self-starter
  • Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role
 
Culture/Benefits:
  • This is a full time permanent role
  • The salary will be dependent on experience: - $97’142 – 109’065 + 15.4 % super
  • Public transport to the company is limited but plenty of parking is available.
  • Hours Monday to Friday between 7-7 - flexible as required, however there is need for one Sunday every month, which is paid as overtime.
