About the role:
  • Global Pharmaceutical Organisation 
  • Based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne 
  • 1 month casual contract with potential to extend to 2-3 months 
  • Monday to Friday with standard working hours 
  • Some weekend work and afternoon shift involved. 
About your duties: 
  • Perform routine quality walkthroughs of site GMP facilities and operations
  • Providing oversight of the sites quality systems and compliance
  • Perform real time review of records concurrent with manufacturing, QC, or warehouse operations on the floor
  • Perform actions in MES and usage decisions in SAP to ensure production is seamless and compliant
  • Utilize knowledge of root cause analysis and risk based decision-making 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams 
  • Act as the quality representative on the floor during troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Support the development, revision and implementation of SOPs, protocols, and other GMP documents
  • Provide quality approval of deviations and CAPA as required
  • Provide advice and appropriate technical support on all quality/compliance matter
About you: 
  • Similar experience in pharmaceutical industry 
  • Experience in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles
  • Experience in QA validation to support qualification activities for manufacturing.
  • Problem solving, creative thinking, and effective decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and team collaboration.
