About the company/role:
Our client, one of Australia’s leading manufacturers are seeking Quality Assurance Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis with working hours Monday to Friday 0830-1700.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for providing management and leadership for the QA function. This includes strategic development, commercial awareness, and enhancing business efficiencies and processes to ensure that all products and procedures meet regulatory and technical requirements.
Duties:
 
  • Develop and implement quality strategies
  • Establish and maintain a quality compliance framework in line with regulatory bodies
  • Provide leadership and supervision to ensure compliance and adherence to agreed systems and processes
  • Conduct and participate in audits as required
  • Enhance development practices to improve quality
  • Provide technical assistance to management-related activities

Skills/experience:
 
  • Tertiary qualification in science, chemistry or equivalent
  • Significant quality management experience within a GMP manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in leading and supporting internal and external audits
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of Quality Assurance and compliance management procedures within a GMP environment
