The Document Control Associate is responsible for supporting the completion of department operational tasks related to the record and document lifecycle.

Reporting to the Compliance Lead, the GMP document control associate will be part of a cohesive quality assurance team
 
  • Support operational tasks related to the record and document.
  • Ensure documents are available in a timely manner to maintain compliance to quality system requirements.
  • Provide support during regulatory and internal inspections of quality systems.
  • Assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of an electronic document management system.
  • Maintain records and manage SOP / Controlled Documents
  • Perform document scanning, filing, and archiving activities.
  • Create and maintain documents
  • Perform any other administrative activities as required

An ideal candidate must have:
 
  • Bachelor of Science or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in Quality or document control with a GMP environment
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) particularly Veeva.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
