About the Role
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in the western suburbs of Brisbane, is seeking a Quality Systems Administration Officer to support their Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail who enjoys document control, administration and working in a regulated environment. This is a casual ongoing opportunity working Monday to Friday, with the potential to become permanent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to
  • Maintain, update and control GMP documentation and records.
  • Prepare and process document revisions and change requests.
  • Manage document scanning, filing, archiving and retrieval.
  • Support quality system administration and tracking activities.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and provide administrative support.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GMP and company procedures.
  • Assist with continuous improvement and departmental projects.

Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in administration, document control or a similar support role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to identify tasks and take initiative.
  • Experience within a GMP, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or regulated environment will be highly regarded.
