Receiving Storeperson

About the role
Our client is a pharmaceutical manufacturer producing high-quality therapeutic products that help improve people’s health and wellbeing. They’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Storeperson (Receiving) with a forklift licence to join their warehouse team. This role is perfect for someone with inwards goods/receiving experience who enjoys a hands-on job and staying busy. You’ll need to be organised, have a strong eye for detail, and take pride in getting things right while working safely and maintaining high quality standards.

Main Tasks

• Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery documentation
• Accurately process and allocate materials to production teams
• Ensure all receivals are recorded correctly in inventory systems
• Safely operate a forklift to move and store incoming stock
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials required for manufacturing
• Maintain strict compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and audit-ready
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a receiving/inwards goods warehouse role (minimum 6 months)
• Current forklift licence (required)
• High attention to detail, particularly with stock accuracy and documentation
• Experience in a regulated or process-driven environment (pharma, food, or similar highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards

Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
