About the Role:

This role requires a Regulatory Affairs Specialist  with a strong regulatory background in chemicals with a focus on APVMA, AICIS , TGA, Medsafe NZ  and MPI NZ authorities.
Working as part of a larger reg team across ANZ, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with key regulatory standards including:
  • Documentation - submissions, filings, and approvals.
  • Liaising internally with R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, as well as external stakeholders as a primary point of contact providing guidance on regulatory/ compliance matters.
  • Adapting to the constant change in the regulatory environment and conducting regulatory risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans.

Skills & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications – science or engineering
  • Regulatory knowledge - APVMA, TGA , AICIS, Medsafe, EPA, etc.
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in reg affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory processes and willingness to learn about new guidelines, procedures and requirements.
  • Ability to work proficiently in Excel, Office
  • Good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask essential
