Key responsibilities include:
The Sales/Research Analyst is responsible for conducting market research, monitoring global industry developments, analysing sales and formulation data, and supporting commercial decision-making across the business. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
Review and identify customers using products globally.
Research and monitor global manufacturers
Conduct detailed market and competitor research within the global humic and biostimulant sectors.
Track and report on new product launches, market trends, and commercial developments within the industry.
Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for sales analysis, forecasting, pricing, and commercial reporting.
Maintain accurate oversight and reporting of all product formulation costs.
Research and maintain records of export labeling requirements, import regulations, and certifications across international markets.
Undertake general commercial and market research projects that are not of a highly technical scientific nature.
Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and recommendations for management.
Maintain databases and organized records of research findings, product information, and market intelligence.
About you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agriculture or Science or related discipline
2-5 years' experience in a research/sales/market analyst or similar
Experience in agriculture, biostimulants, specialty chemicals, fertilizers, or related industries would be highly regarded
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex market information.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including modelling, pivot tables, forecasting, and financial analysis
Commercial awareness and understanding of global export markets.
Ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights.
