About the company/role:
Our client is a leading Australian radiopharmaceutical manufacturer who, due to expanding operations in Brisbane, are seeking a permanent full-time Scientific Administration Officer to join their team.

This is a face pace, detail focused role what sits at the center of production, logistics and customer coordination. You will pay a key role in ensuring products are manufactured, scheduled and delivered accurately and on time, while support efficient use of production capacity and freight resources.

Duties:

  • Receive, process, and manage customer orders
  • Prepare and issue daily manufacturing schedules
  • Generate product and shipment labels
  • Prepare Dangerous Goods documentation, air waybills, and shipping paperwork
  • Coordinate with customers to confirm injection times, dose activity levels, and delivery requirements
  • Liaise with freight providers to organise transport and optimise shipment efficiency
  • Monitor and report on production capacity, freight utilisation, and sales accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, logistics, and product utilisation
  • Ensure activities align with GMP and regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience:
  • A Bachelor of Science or similar qualification (desirable, not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-critical environment
  • Experience with logistics, scheduling, or transport documentation (Dangerous Goods experience desirable)
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external service providers
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • The ability to work independently, apply sound judgement, and escalate issues when required
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • An understanding of, or willingness to learn, GMP and regulated manufacturing environments
