About the Role

We are seeking part‑time Sensory Panellists to join the National Operations Technical Team on an ongoing casual basis. This role involves taste‑testing dairy products and providing sensory feedback on attributes such as flavour, texture, and aroma.

No prior experience is required - full training is provided.

Hours:
• Thursdays & Fridays
• 9:30am – 1:30pm (4 hours per day)
• Ongoing commitment for 12 months

You will work closely with the National Sensory Specialist and a collaborative team responsible for evaluating new and existing products including milk, yoghurts, custards, and desserts.

Key Requirements

• Ability to commit to the set schedule for 1 year
• Reliable transport to Rowville
• No major food allergies or dietary restrictions
• Strong sensory awareness (taste, smell, texture)- assessed during interview
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Computer literacy
• High attention to detail
• Team‑focused and reliable

Skills & Experience

No experience is necessary- this role is ideal for students, parents, or anyone seeking a few consistent hours each week. You will be quality‑focused, attentive, and comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced environment. A positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn are essential.

Start date: July, with interview‑based sensory testing prior.
