About the company/role:
Our client is a leader is sustainability by turning waste products into green energy. They are seeking a Site Administrator to join their team in Camellia. This is a diverse role that will work across office administration, site operations, purchasing, safety, contractor management, payroll and more. This is a full-time, casual position with strong permanent opportunities. The working hours can be flexible within the core business hours.
 
Duties:
  • Oversee administrative operations – office supplies, office hardware, communication systems
  • Attend management meetings and report of administrative matters
  • Ensure office environment is clean and professional
  • Manage weighbridge operations, recording data and completing reports
  • Customer invoicing and weekly purchase order reports
  • Ensure compliance with site safety polices and conduct routine safety inspections
  • Maintain and update the contractor management register
  • Ensure contractor onboarding processes are complete and in line with company polices
Skills/experience:
  • Cert IV in Business Administration OR equivalent workplace experience
  • Current drivers license
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the following is advantageous – SAP, Ariba, Kronos, Rapid Global
  • Ability to place orders, provide quotes and manage projects
