About the role:
We are currently seeking a Sterility Assurance Specialist to join this dynamic team on a 12 month contract. Reporting to Sterility Assurance Compliance Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Responsible for prioritisation, organisation and communication of workload and issues/resolutions through appropriate forums and representation of topics on local levels.
  • Support the oversight of quality standards and systems aligned with the Sterility Assurance standards for the dedicated Value Stream area on site.
  • Validation and qualification of the facility, utility and equipment, process, personnel and method at the site
  • Provide expertise to the site related to Sterility Assurance standards, culture and continuous improvement
  • Provide QA oversight of quality standards and systems aligned with the Sterility Assurance function in the above areas for the site
  • Partner closely with his or her peers in Global and Local Quality Sterility Assurance from the other manufacturing sites and ensure that the same principles and systems are applied across all sites and that in all areas the appearance and reporting of the documentation in the stated areas is standardized.

Skills and Qualification/Experience Required:
  • Candidates will ideally have microbiology background, if not microbiology then someone with Science degree with background in Aseptic manufacturing
  • Micro background and Aseptic background is the ideal option
  • Ideally seeking someone who has worked in Pharma industry
  • (Will consider candidates from hospital setting as a fall back if there are no candidates with Pharma background)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent skills in managing stakeholders
