About the company/role:

Duties:
  • Plan and manage material orders to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Manage supplier relationships resolve supply risks
  • Collaborate with internal and external supplier teams to resolve material and inventory issues
  • Support quality processes and handle complaints and claims with suppliers
  • Leads supply-risk monitoring and management and escalates upcoming risks in a timely manner.
  • Source materials, manage purchase orders and support operational purchasing as required
  • Maintain accurate supplier and material data in the ERP system
  • Update process documentation and ensure QA compliance
About you:
  • Tertiary qualification or degree in Procurement, Supply & Demand planning or similar relevant discipline 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, ideally with a focus on Supply Planning and Procurement
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, NetSuite experience is highly regarded
  • Background in manufacturing, preferably within a regulated or GMP-compliant environment is highly desirable
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills
