Training Officer

About the company/role:

• Well-established radiopharmaceutical company based near Melbourne CBD
• Seeking a Training Officer who possesses solid communication and written skills
• Based near Melbourne CBD
• 3-month contract with potential to extend to 6 months
• This ultra-modern facility is easily accessible by public transport and has free onsite parking.

*WHVs with a Chemistry background who are keen to step into an office-based role are encouraged to apply*

Duties:

• Development and implementation of new and existing training documents
• Liaise with QC, QA, IT and Document Control groups to implement selected methodologies into the QC laboratory.
• Create new, and updated existing, project documentation as per site standard operating procedures for the implementation of new methods and technologies.
• Create and keep up to date training documentation
• Application of AI to enhance training programs and streamline documentation for equipment qualification

About you:

• Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry or closely related field
• 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company in a quality-related role
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Proven time management skills for planning and schedule of work
• You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, be adaptable and have the ability to work in fast-paced team.
