About the Role: Seeking a Waste Chemist to join one of Australia’s Leading Waste Management Companies based in Glendenning (NSW, 2761). Duties:
Warehouse and yard duties
Organize and unpack chemical waste
Manual handling of 25kg chemical waste drums
Decant and dispose chemical waste
Test chemicals to determine their composition and flammability
Wear PPE (full-face respirators, chemical suits, face shields, etc.)
Key Considerations:
Role is based within a Warehouse/Ysardf environment (not lab based)
Skills/Experience:
Chemistry/Engineering related degree
Knowledge of safe chemical handling
Can-do attitude, enthusiastic to work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
