Character check and assessment during the scientific recruitment process
We don’t just recruit for technical skills, we recruit for cultural fit and fundamental “good character”. Good character is perhaps the most important element (and the most difficult) to screen for when recruiting candidates. We have developed our own character assessment which screens for strong morals, an ethical nature and commitment to acting responsibly and doing the right thing. Results of our character check are also verified with referees.
