About the company/role:
  • Our client is a 100-year-old pharmaceutical manufacturing company with a strong presence in the Australasian markets
  • Based in Northern Suburbs
  • Permanent position
  • Monday – Friday | 8am – 4:20pm
  • Seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join their team

Duties:
  • Stock take of raw materials/packaging and inputting into system
  • Inform and liase with clients and vendors to inform them of specification changes, timelines for products
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to create planning reports for deadlines and taregts
  • Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, word, Outlook)
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • General reception and administration support
  • Data entry

About you:
  • Demonsstrated experience in administration ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous experience in planning or a similar role such as purchasing or supply chain is desirable 
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Warm, friendly and enjoys connecting with people
  • Has an ability to work independently, but also knows when to balance this with seeking guidance.
