QC Chemist (Night Shift)

About company/role:

• Major pharmaceutical company
• Based in the Southeast suburbs
• Permanent, full-time opportunity
• Night shift (11pm - 7am)

Duties:

• Analysis of raw materials using basic wet chemistry techniques and small instrumentation
• Testing and releasing of packaging materials and artwork
• Sampling of raw materials where required
• Liaising with warehouse personnel in regards to raw material deliveries

Skills/experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of analytical chemistry techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good time management and organisation skills
